How many times have you heard this saying today, or even this week.
A new year year usually brings on extra pounds from all the goodies we ate and drank, and a resolution to get rid of those pounds by summer, so we can fit back into the swimming gear we bought last summer. Then we get by for a few months, so we can do it all over again.
